Carpenter
We are seeking carpenters with extensive back ground in restaurant and retail finishes and millwork installation skills. Skills that are required are, but not limited to, drywall, painting, trim, doors/hardware and finish carpentry. We are looking for individuals that take pride in their workmanship and their accomplishments and who welcome challenges.

Requirements :
> Three (3) to Five (5) years restaurant/retail working experience
> Ability to read blue prints and layout job
>Ability to travel, have valid/clean driving record, own transportation/insurance and tools
Working/Traveling Superintendent
The Superintendent directs employees, subcontractors, materials suppliers, inspectors and foremen of a specific project. The Superintendent is responsible for creating schedules and managing the flow of work to achieve the project schedule. The Superintendent manages the jobsite workforce to ensure an orderly flow of work, sequence of operation, and quality of performance of work all with an eye on achieving the ultimate project goal, securing all required approvals, timely completion and punchlist sign off.. The Superitendent may be required to perform certain work to be completed on site to ensure all work is completed.
